Ship a SaaS in 3 Weeks Planned
Build and launch your own small AI SaaS
A live cohort course in which each participant builds and launches their own small AI SaaS: a Django app with a core feature, one AI feature, payments, and a production deployment.
Pre-registering is an email to me, nothing more. I write back when the first sessions are scheduled. No newsletter.
At a glance
- Who it is for
- Developers and technical founders who can code (Python helps), want to ship rather than experiment, and care about security and correctness.
- Who it is not for
- People who want to learn Django from zero, or who need teams, SSO or a mobile app in version 1.
- Format
- 3 weeks. Per week: one live session of 2 h 30 min and one homework workshop of about 3 h, self-paced. Week 0: 90 minutes of setup. 8–12 participants.
- Where the work happens
- A browser workspace (Educates): editor, two terminals, Postgres and Redis running, the coding agents installed. Your code and secrets live in your own GitHub repository.
- Stack
- SaaS Pegasus open source (Django 6, HTMX, Alpine, Tailwind/DaisyUI, Celery), specs in plain Markdown, Claude Code, Pydantic AI, Polar, Dokku on Hetzner Cloud.
- You bring
- A browser, a GitHub account, a Polar sandbox account; by week 3 a Hetzner account and a domain. Model use in the workspace is included.
- You walk out with
- A live SaaS at your domain with sign-up, a core feature, an AI feature with limits and an eval set, tested payments, backups, a health check, and specs for every feature.
- Price
- Not fixed yet.
